Home Equity Leveling Program Details
  1. We first gather information from you to determine whether you are eligible for a successful principal reduction and/or rate reduction of your mortgage.
  2. We underwrite, package, negotiate, process and manage your file to help the lenders understand your current mortgage and financial situation, and to alert them to the possibility of future late payments and/or foreclosure so they work with us on our Home Equity Leveling Program.
  3. We provide a detailed market/ neighborhood valuation for you and the lender to determine the current potential resale value of the home. (A full appraisal may be required if requested by the lender)
  4. The potential of principal/ payment reduction will then be determined and we will present you with your new reduced loan balance and payment for proposal to your lender.
  5. Our expert negotiators will work with your lender to create a new loan structure for you and your family so you can stay in your home with affordable payments that are realistic for your current income.
  6. We will refer you to an affiliate company that specializes in property tax reassessment to see if you also qualify for a reduction on property taxes.
  7. We can also submit the home valuation to an affiliate licensed insurance agent for a possible home insurance premium reduction as well.
